Application:  PE Roll to Roll Hot Air Laminator Machine use hot air to melt the surface of the material, then press two layer of PE EPE or XLPE foam roll together to increase the thickness. It's widely used in the foam processing and packaging industries. Its primary function is to laminate multiple layers of PE foam sheets or rolls together, enhancing thickness, strength, insulation, and cushioning performance.
This type of machine is ideal for continuous, high-efficiency production, where foam rolls are fed into the laminator, heated using hot air system, and bonded seamlessly. The result is a strong and uniform laminated foam sheet suitable for various industrial and consumer applications
