The Automatic Hot Plate Welding Machine is designed for high-strength thermal welding of foam materials, including PE, EPE, XPE, IXPE, XLPE, and other thermoplastic materials. It uses a heated plate to melt the contact surfaces of foam, and then applies pressure to bond multiple layers together, creating a strong and seamless connection.

The machine is mainly used for foam parts lamination, thickening, and multi-layer bonding. It can combine several layers of foam materials into a thicker one according to customers' requirements, which is widely applied in industries such as packaging, automotive, sports equipment, construction, and insulation.
