Application

This machine is our latest design, featuring a top-mounted glue tank and roller that make it easier to apply adhesive to materials. It is suitable for a wide range of products and can bond PE, EPE, EVA, XPE, XLPE, Zotefoam, as well as other foams, paper, cardboard, and more. Compared with using a glue gun, it offers higher efficiency and ensures a more even adhesive application.

Machine Features

1) Wide application: Can glue foam to foam, foam to paper, foam to cardboard, cardboard to cardboard, such as EPE+EPE, XPE+XPE, EVA+EVA, EPE+paper, cardboard+cardboard.
2) PLC control, with a user-friendly touch screen. Parameter setting is easy.
3) The bonding design of the glue roller on top and the material at the bottom leaves no pinholes on the product surface.
4) Equipped with an oil temperature controller: stable heating, compatible with various glue pellets, and the glue will not yellow after long-term use.

5) We recommend using it with a Foam Pressing Machine, which eliminates the need for manual pressing and makes the bond stronger.
