Four-column hydraulic punch presses have the following advantages.
Strong stability: Double oil cylinders and a precision four-column automatic balancing linkage mechanism can effectively ensure the accuracy of the machine's plane. It has good stability and rigidity and ensures that the cutting depth at each cutting position is the same. Stable processing performance is maintained even under high loads.
High processing accuracy--hydraulic system: The precise control of the hydraulic system enables the punch to maintain high accuracy and repeatability during punching, drilling and other processing processes, and achieve high processing accuracy.
High production efficiency--multiple layers: The hydraulic system can provide high power output, allowing the punch machine to complete a large number of processing tasks in a short time, thereby improving production efficiency. For example, sheets with lower precision requirements can be stamped in multiple layers to save production time.
Wide applicability: Suitable for die cutting and punching of various non-metallic materials, including sponge, cardboard, leather, plastic, rubber, etc.
The cutting force can be fine-tuned: it can quickly adjust the optimal punching pressure, set a reasonable cutting balance, and greatly reduce the loss of the die and cutting plate. Compared with traditional mechanical punch presses, hydraulic punch presses have relatively low energy consumption.
The machine is equipped with two-hand button operation and an emergency stop device to ensure safe operation.

1. Can your EPE Foam Electric Welding Machine laminate precisely two layers?
Yes, we can. Each side of the two layers will be aligned correctly. Don't need to worry about alignment.
2. The running speed of your EPE Foam Electric Welding Machine looks slow. Could it be fast?
The fastest laminating speed is 7s per time(circle time), and it can be adjusted according to the operator's proficiency.
3. Can your EPE Foam Electric Welding Machine have two foams together that both have cutouts or is they only cutouts to solid pad?
Yes, we can. When laminating two layers of EPE Foam that both have cutouts, pls don't remove the waste scraps before laminating. You can remove them after laminating.
4. Is this machine made by your own company?
Yes, all machines we supply are developed and manufactured by our own company. We own the patent. You can come visit our factory in Guangzhou or Zhaoqing and test the machine by yourself.
