Application:
Manual Hot Melt  Machine is used to bond  EPE, XPE, IXPE, EPP, EPS, EVA, XPS, PU and corrugated or honey comb cardboard foam packaging products, matarial cost saving, high productivity .

1. Can your EPE Foam Electric Welding Machine laminate precisely two layers?

Yes,we can. Each side of the two layers will be aligned correctly.Don't need to worry about alignment.

2. The running speed of your EPE Foam Electric Welding Machine looks slow.Could it be fast?

The fastest laminating speed is 7s per time(circle time),and it can be adjusted according to the operator's proficiency.

3.Can your EPE Foam Electric Welding Machine two foams together that both have cutouts or is it only cutouts to solid pad?

Yes,we can. When laminating two layers EPE Foam that both have cutouts,pls don't remove the waste scraps before laminating.You can remove them after laminating.

4.Is this machine made by your own company?
